§ 10-45. Unclaimed cremated remains. A licensee is authorized at his or her discretion to effect a final disposition of the cremated remains of any cremated human body, provided no person lawfully entitled to the custody of the cremated remains makes or has made a proper request for them within one year after the date of death of the person whose body was cremated.
