§ 31. Reporting of routine inspection or testing activity. A copy of the inspection report for routine inspection or testing of a fire sprinkler system provided by a fire sprinkler inspector shall be forwarded by the entity performing the routine inspection or testing to the local fire jurisdiction in which the fire sprinkler system is located within 20 business days after the routine inspection or testing or within the time frame required by the local fire jurisdiction, whichever is less.
The report for routine inspection or testing shall include: (1) the name and license number of the individual or individuals who performed the routine inspection or testing; and (2) the name and license number of the fire sprinkler contractor by whom the individual or individuals are employed.
