§ 76. Grandfathering. An individual licensed as a dietitian in the State on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly shall be eligible to maintain and renew a license as a licensed dietitian nutritionist in the State consistent with this Act if that individual meets the renewal requirements set forth in this Act. An individual licensed as a dietitian nutritionist on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly shall not be required to complete any education, experience, or exam requirements specified in Section 45 beyond those which were required when the individual was originally licensed.
