Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 30/25. Powers

§ 25. Powers. The Department shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois  1 for the administration of licensing acts and shall exercise other powers and duties invested in the Department by this Act.

The Department may promulgate rules consistent with the provisions of this Act for its administration and enforcement, and may prescribe forms which shall be issued in connection with this Act.
