§ 6. Property owners of all buildings and places where people live, work, or assemble shall provide for the sanitary disposal of all human wastes and domestic sewage. Human wastes and domestic sewage from such buildings and places shall be disposed of by discharging into a sewerage system operated and maintained under permit of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, if reasonably available, or if such sewerage system is not available then such disposal shall be in compliance with this Act and the private sewage disposal code promulgated under this Act.
