§ 90. Record of proceedings. The Department, at its expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at a formal hearing conducted pursuant to Section 85 of this Act. Any registrant who is found to have violated this Act or who fails to appear for a hearing to refuse to issue, restore, or renew a registration or to discipline a registrant may be required by the Department to pay for the costs of the proceeding. These costs are limited to costs for court reporters, transcripts, and witness attendance and mileage fees. All costs imposed under this Section shall be paid within 60 days after the effective date of the order imposing the fine.
