§ 105. Disciplinary report. At the conclusion of the hearing, the hearing officer shall present to the Secretary a written report of his or her findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations. In the report, the hearing officer shall make a finding of whether or not the charged registrant or applicant violated a provision of this Act or its rules.
