§ 20. Prohibited drug purchases or receipt. It shall be unlawful for any person or entity located in this State to knowingly receive any prescription drug from any source other than a person or entity required by the laws of this State to be licensed to ship into, out of, or within this State. A person or entity licensed under the laws of this State shall include, but is not limited to, a wholesale distributor, manufacturer, third-party logistics provider, pharmacy distributor, or pharmacy. Any person violating this Section shall, upon conviction, be adjudged guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. A second violation shall constitute a Class 4 felony.
