§ 41. Violations. Any person who is found to have violated any provisions of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. All criminal fines, monies, or other property collected or received by the Department under this Section or any other State or federal statute, including, but not limited to, property forfeited to the Department under Section 505 of The Illinois Controlled Substances Act  1 or Section 85 of the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act,  2 shall be deposited into the Professional Regulation Evidence Fund.

The Board, with the advice of the Secretary and attorneys for the Department, may establish by rule a schedule of fines payable by those who have violated any provisions of this Act.

Fines assessed and collected for violations of this Act shall be deposited in the Illinois State Podiatric Medical Disciplinary Fund.
