§ 4-15. Use of funds. Any plans, responses to requests, letters of intent, application materials, or other documents prepared describing the State's intended plan for distributing broadband grants that must be submitted to the federal government pursuant to Division F of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and any associated federal rule, regulation, or guidance in order to be eligible to receive broadband grants pursuant to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act must be, to the extent practical, submitted to the Legislative Budget Oversight Commission for review and comment at least 30 days prior to submission to the federal government. The Governor, or designated State entity responsible for administering the grant programs pursuant to Division F of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, must consider comments and suggestions provided by the members of the Legislative Budget Oversight Commission and members of the public.
