Illinois Statutes Chapter 220. Utilities § 5/9-215.1. Electric utilities; capacity purchased from qualified local solid waste energy facilities

§ 9-215.1. Capacity purchased from a qualified local solid waste energy facility shall not be included in the calculation of an electric utility's electricity generating capacity for the purposes of this Act, and shall not affect the determination of property that is used and useful for purposes of this Act.
