§ 7-107. Nothing in Section 7-105 or 7-106 of this Act shall be construed as (a) limiting the ability of any public utility to engage in, or the authority of the Commission to authorize, any transaction subject to Section 7-101, 7-102, 7-204, or 7-204A of this Act as in effect prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1993 or (b) affecting the validity of any petition or application for authorization under Section 7-101, 7-102, 7-204, or 7-204A of this Act pending before the Commission as of the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1993.
