Illinois Statutes Chapter 220. Utilities § 5/4-404. Protection of confidential and proprietary information

§ 4-404. Protection of confidential and proprietary information. The Commission shall provide adequate protection for confidential and proprietary information furnished, delivered or filed by any person, corporation or other entity, including proprietary information provided to the Commission by the Illinois Power Agency.
