§ 4-202.1. Enforcement of service area agreement between municipality and electric cooperative.

(a) The Commission shall approve, interpret, and enforce service area agreements between municipalities and electric cooperatives as provided in Section 11-117-1.1 of the Illinois Municipal Code.  1

(b) The provisions of this Section are severable under Section 1.31 of the Statute on Statutes.  2
