§ 16-109A. Unbundling of prices for tariffed services; Commission investigation. In addition to the unbundling authorized under Sections 16-108 and 16-109, the Commission shall have the authority to investigate the need for, and to require, the restructuring or unbundling of prices for tariffed services, other than delivery services, offered by an electric utility; provided, however, that the Commission shall not enter an order requiring the restructuring or unbundling of prices for any such tariffed services for a customer class of an electric utility prior to the date that the class first becomes eligible for delivery services pursuant to Section 16-104.
