§ 13-405.1. Interexchange services; incidental local service. Whether or not a telecommunications carrier is certified to offer or provide local exchange telecommunications service, nothing in Section 13-405 shall be construed to require the withdrawal or prevent the offering of interexchange services merely because incidental use of such service by the customer for local exchange telecommunications service is possible.
