Illinois Statutes Chapter 220. Utilities § 40/12. Employment following service with Small Business Utility Advocate

§ 12. Neither the Small Business Utility Advocate nor any of his employees may accept any employment with any public utility subject to Commission regulation for one year following the termination of his services with the Small Business Utility Advocate.
