Illinois Statutes Chapter 220. Utilities § 30/10.8. Payment to Public Utility Fund

§ 10.8. Payment to Public Utility Fund. All sums collected by the Commission under the provisions of Sections 10.1 through 10.7 of this Act shall be paid promptly after the receipt of the same, accompanied by a detailed statement thereof, into the Public Utility Fund in the State treasury.
