§ 528. Inspection Reports. There is no liability on the part of, and no cause of action against insurers, the Inspection Bureau, the Facility, the Association, the Governing Committee, their agents or employees, or the Director or his authorized representatives, with respect to any inspections required to be undertaken by this Article or for any acts or omissions in connection therewith, or for any statements made in any report and communication concerning the insurability of the property, or in the findings required by the provisions of this Article, or at the hearings conducted in connection with such inspections. The reports and communications of the Inspection Bureau, the Facility, the Association, and the records of the Governing Committee are not considered public documents.
