§ 511.113. Unauthorized Activities. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to permit any person or entity to receive, or collect charges, contributions or premiums for, or adjust or settle claims in connection with any type of life or accident or health benefit unless such person or entity is authorized through the insurance laws of a state or the ERISA of 1974, 29 USC par. 1001 et seq. as amended, to provide such benefits.
