§ 453. The following Acts are hereby repealed:
“An Act to permit any insurance corporation, company, association or other organization authorized to do an insurance business in this State to deposit securities with the Insurance Superintendent of the State of Illinois, to substitute other securities therefor, and to authorize the Insurance Superintendent of the State of Illinois to certify to such deposit,” approved June 25, 1915; 1
“An Act to compel all insurance companies of other states and countries doing any kind of insurance business in this State, other than life, to comply with the general fire and marine insurance laws of this State, and to require deposits of plate glass, accident and steam boiler insurance companies,” approved May 31, 1879; 2
“An Act for the better regulation of the business of insurance, and for the protection of the citizens of this State, in their dealings with insurance companies,” approved June 4, 1879; 3
“An Act to authorize insurance companies, incorporated under special charters enacted by the Legislature of Illinois, and empowered to insure against loss or damage by fire, lightning, wind, rain, flood, tornado, or by any of said causes, to extend the time of their corporate existence,” approved June 30, 1913; 4
“An Act to prohibit misrepresentations by insurance companies,” approved May 20, 1907, as amended; 5
“An Act in relation to the promotion and organization of insurance corporations and to repeal a certain Act therein named,” approved June 24, 1921, as amended; 6
“An Act to incorporate and to govern fire, marine and inland navigation insurance companies doing business in the State of Illinois,” approved March 11, 1869, as amended; 7
“An Act providing the kinds of business which may be transacted by fire insurance companies; to repeal an Act entitled, ‘An Act authorizing the fire insurance companies to insure against loss or damage by lightning, windstorms, hailstorms, tornadoes and cyclones,’ approved June 30, 1885, in force July 1, 1885, and to repeal an Act entitled, ‘An Act authorizing fire insurance companies to insure sprinklers, pumps, or other fire apparatus, and also to insure against loss or damage by the same,’ approved May 16, 1905, in force July 1, 1905,” approved June 30, 1925, as amended; 8
“An Act to govern fire, marine and inland navigation insurance companies, organized under or incorporated by the laws of any other state of the United States, doing business in the State of Illinois,” approved June 22, 1891; 9
“An Act to govern foreign fire, marine and inland navigation insurance companies, doing business in the State of Illinois,” approved June 18, 1883, as amended; [FN10]
“An Act relating to deposits to be made by foreign insurance companies,” approved March 19, 1872; [FN11]
“An Act to prevent fire insurance companies from advertising as assets anything not available for the payment of losses by fire,” approved May 31, 1879; [FN12]
“An Act limiting the authority of fire insurance companies to reinsure or assume reinsurance on any risk or liability covering property located in whole or in part in this State,” approved April 24, 1899; [FN13]
“An Act providing a penalty for a violation of section 30 of an Act entitled, ‘An Act to incorporate and govern fire, marine and inland navigation insurance companies doing business in the State of Illinois,’ approved and in force March 11, 1869,” approved June 22, 1893; [FN14]
“An Act providing for licenses to agents to procure fire policies in unauthorized corporations, providing for a bond to be given by such agents, and for a tax upon the receipts of premiums received for policies so issued within the State,” approved May 14, 1903; [FN15]
“An Act to organize and regulate the business of life insurance,” approved March 26, 1869, as amended; [FN16]

“An Act to govern the United States branches of life insurance companies organized under the laws of any foreign government doing business in the State of Illinois,” approved June 26, 1925; [FN23]
“An Act in relation to the valuation of bonds and other evidences of debt, held by insurance companies and associations,” approved July 8, 1927; [FN24]
“An Act to incorporate companies to do the business of life or accident insurance on the assessment plan, and to control such companies of this State and of other states doing business in this State, and to repeal a certain Act therein named, and providing and fixing the punishment for violation of the provisions thereof,” approved June 22, 1893, as amended; [FN25]
