§ 393d. Certificates required. Each group professional liability insurance policy shall provide that the insurer will issue to the employer, or to the executive officer or trustee of the association, for delivery to the employee, member or employee of a member, who is insured under such policy, an individual certificate setting forth a statement as to the insurance protection to which he is entitled and to whom payable.
§ 17-28. No person shall, prior to an election or primary, knowingly destroy or deface any list of candidates posted in accordance with the provisions of The Election Code, nor, during any election or primary, knowingly deface, tear down, remove or destroy any card of instructions or specimen ballot printed and posted for the instruction of voters, nor knowingly remove or destroy any of the supplies or conveniences furnished to enable voters to prepare their ballots.
