§ 388-1. No company selling insurance defined in clause (b) of class 2 of Section 4 may require a policyholder to take a physical examination as a condition for renewal of such policy if the policyholder has been insured by the company for 5 years or longer, unless the company pays the cost of such physical examination, and the physical examination is given by a physician chosen by the policyholder.
