§ 357.1. Accident and health policy provisions required. Except as provided in section 357.26 of this article each accident and health policy delivered or issued for delivery to any person in this State shall contain the provisions set forth in sections 357.2 through 357.13 in the words in which the same appear in the specified sections; provided, however, that the company may, at its option, substitute for one or more of such provisions corresponding provisions of different wording approved by the Director which are in each instance not less favorable in any respect to the insured or the beneficiary. Such provisions shall be preceded individually by the caption appearing at the beginning of each such section or, at the option of the company, by such appropriate individual or group captions or subcaptions as the Director may approve.
