§ 342. Officers Bond. The officer or officers of the society entrusted with the custody of its funds shall give bond to the association in double the amount of the minimum deposit required by this article, but in no event less than Two Thousand ($2,000) Dollars or more than Five Thousand ($5,000) Dollars, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his or their duties and accounting for the funds entrusted to his or their custody.
