§ 199. Removal of proceedings to Sangamon or Cook county. In the event an order is entered directing liquidation, rehabilitation or conservation, the Director may remove the property and assets of the company to the county of Sangamon or to the county of Cook. In the event of such removal or contemplated removal the court shall upon proper petition showing the necessity therefor, filed by the Director, order the clerk of the court wherein such proceeding was commenced to make a full transcript of the petition for removal and the order thereon and to transmit the same together with all papers theretofore filed in the cause, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county of Sangamon or to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county of Cook, as the case may be, and the proceeding shall thereafter be conducted in the same manner as if it had been commenced in the county to which the cause is transferred.
