§ 169. Rights of Dissenting Shareholders and Policyholders of Foreign or Alien Company. The rights of any dissenting shareholder, member or policyholder of any foreign or alien company party to a merger or consolidation, shall be those afforded to such shareholder, member, or policyholder by the laws of the domiciliary state or country of such foreign or alien company.
