Illinois Statutes Chapter 215. Insurance § 5/143.28. Automobile anti-theft mechanisms

§ 143.28. The rates and premium charges for all policies of automobile insurance, as described in sub-section (a) of Section 143.13 of this Code, shall include appropriate reductions for insured automobiles which are equipped with anti-theft mechanisms or devices approved by the Director. To implement the provisions of this Section, the Director shall promulgate rules and regulations.
