§ 123A-12. Exchange of Information or Statistical Data between Advisory Organizations and Companies. Advisory organizations, or advisory organizations and companies may exchange the type of information or statistical data authorized under this Article. The Director may review such cooperative activities and practices and if, after a hearing, upon notice of all the cooperating parties, he finds that any activity or practice is unfair or unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code, he may issue a written order requiring the discontinuance of such activity or practice.
