Illinois Statutes Chapter 215. Insurance § 125/5-1. Application of Illinois Insurance Code § 155

§ 5-1. Section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code  1 shall apply to Health Maintenance Organizations; except that no action shall be brought for an unreasonable delay in the settling of a claim if the delay is caused by the failure of the enrollee to execute a lien as requested by the health care plan.
