§ 5-1. Section 155 of the Illinois Insurance Code 1 shall apply to Health Maintenance Organizations; except that no action shall be brought for an unreasonable delay in the settling of a claim if the delay is caused by the failure of the enrollee to execute a lien as requested by the health care plan.
