Illinois Statutes Chapter 215. Insurance § 124/50. Funds for enforcement

§ 50. Funds for enforcement. Moneys from fines and penalties collected from issuers for violations of this Act shall be deposited into the Insurance Producer Administration Fund for appropriation by the General Assembly to the Department to be used for providing financial support of the Department's enforcement of this Act.
