§ 12. It shall be the duty of every occupant of a recreational area or campground to give the owner, operator or licensee thereof or his agent or employees access to any part of such area or its premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such inspections, repairs, or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this Act and the rules and regulations issued hereunder, or in a lawful order issued pursuant to the conditions of this Act.
