§ 105. Record retention. Service delivery contracts and related documents executed by each resident or resident's representative shall be maintained by an establishment subject to this Act from the date of execution until 3 years after the contract is terminated. The establishment shall also maintain and retain records to support compliance with each individual contract and with applicable federal and State rules. The records and supporting documents, as defined by rule, shall be made available for on-site inspection by the Department upon request at any time.
