Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 85/6.06. Newborn identification standards

§ 6.06. The Department shall prescribe, by regulation, standards for hospitals to meet in order to assure proper identification of newborn infants. Such regulations shall include but not be limited to standards that are consistent with procedures for the identification of newborn infants recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
