§ 10.3. No hospital shall allow any person to take part as a student in a clinical training program of that hospital which is designed, in whole or in part, to fulfill the requirements for licensure as a physician unless that person is currently enrolled as a student in a curriculum of a medical or osteopathic college or school which has been approved as being reputable and in good standing by the Department of Professional Regulation or is enrolled in a curriculum of a professional school, college or institution teaching the treatment of human ailments without drugs or medicines and without operative surgery which has been approved as being reputable and in good standing by the Department of Professional Regulation.
