§ 10.1. In connection with any application for a license or a renewal thereof, the Department may request such information about the applicant's internship or residency training program as may be necessary to establish that the intern, resident, or physician is in compliance with the requirements of paragraph (1)(a) or (2)(a) of subsection (A) of Section 11, or Section 17, of the Medical Practice Act of 1987, 1 in these respects.
