Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 60/7. Issuance of License--Renewal

(1) The Department finds that the applicant is in compliance with this Act and the minimum standards established pursuant to this Act;

(2) The applicant submits to the Department an acceptable plan for the correction of deficiencies discovered by the Department during an inspection performed pursuant to Section 6 or through other information provided to the Department regarding possible deficiencies; and

(3) The affiliated agency has maintained compliance with the standards established pursuant to its applicable licensing Act, if any.
