§ 3.170. Falsification of Documents. No person shall fabricate any license or knowingly enter any false information on any application form, run sheet, record or other document required to be completed or submitted pursuant to this Act or any rule adopted pursuant to this Act, or knowingly submit any application form, run sheet, record or other document which contains false information.
