§ 6.6. Clinical privileges; physician assistants. No ambulatory surgical treatment center (ASTC) licensed under this Act shall adopt any policy, rule, regulation, or practice inconsistent with the provision of adequate supervision in accordance with Section 54.5 of the Medical Practice Act of 1987 and the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
