§ 4-106. Provisional licensure outcomes. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in conjunction with the Division of Mental Health of the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Health, shall establish a methodology by which financial and clinical data are reported and monitored from each program that is implemented in a facility after the effective date of this Act. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall work in concert with a managed care entity, a care coordination entity, or an accountable care entity to gather the data necessary to report and monitor the progress of the services offered under this Act.
