§ 3-511. Insufficient funds collected; reimbursement of receiver by Department. If funds collected under Sections 3-508 and 3-509 are insufficient to meet the expenses of performing the powers and duties conferred on the receiver, or if there are insufficient funds on hand to meet those expenses, the Department may reimburse the receiver for those expenses from funds appropriated for its ordinary and contingent expenses by the General Assembly after funds contained in the Long Term Care Monitor/Receiver Fund have been exhausted.
