§ 3-206.04. Transfer of ownership following suspension or revocation; discussion with new owner. Whenever ownership of a private facility is transferred to another private owner following a final order for a suspension or revocation of the facility's license, the Department shall discuss with the new owner all noted problems associated with the facility and shall determine what additional training, if any, is needed for the direct care staff.
