§ 3-104. Licensing and regulation by municipality. Any city, village or incorporated town may by ordinance provide for the licensing and regulation of a facility or any classification of such facility, as defined herein, within such municipality, provided that the ordinance requires compliance with at least the minimum requirements established by the Department under this Act. The licensing and enforcement provisions of the municipality shall fully comply with this Act, and the municipality shall make available information as required by this Act. Such compliance shall be determined by the Department subject to review as provided in Section 3-703. Section 3-703 shall also be applicable to the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the municipality under this Act.
