Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 45/3-203. Facilities for persons with a developmental disability or suffering from emotional or behavioral disorders; licensing standards

§ 3-203. In licensing any facility for persons suffering from emotional or behavioral disorders, the Department shall consult with the Department of Human Services in developing minimum standards for such persons.
