§ 3-202.2. Rules; residents with mental illness. No later than January 1, 2001, the Department of Public Health shall file with the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, 1 a proposed rule, or a proposed amendment to an existing rule, regarding the provision of services, including assessment, care planning, discharge planning, and treatment, by nursing facilities to residents who have a serious mental illness.
