Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 45/2-215. Conflicts with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Act

§ 2-215. Conflicts with the Department of Veterans' Affairs Act. 1 If there is a conflict between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Department of Veterans' Affairs Act concerning an Illinois Veterans Home not operated by the Department of Veterans' Affairs, then the provisions of this Act shall apply.
