Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 25/7-104. Collection of specimens

§ 7-104. No person other than a licensed physician or one authorized by law shall manipulate a person for the collection of specimens except that technical personnel of a clinical laboratory may collect blood, or remove stomach contents, or collect material for smears and cultures, under the direction or upon the written request of a licensed physician or dentist.
