§ 50. Admissibility of evidence. Subject to applicable rules of evidence and procedure, any video or audio recording created through authorized electronic monitoring in accordance with this Act may be admitted into evidence in a civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding if the contents of the recording have not been edited or artificially enhanced and the video recording includes the date and time the events occurred.
