Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 125/3.17. Lapsed fee

§ 3.17. Lapsed fee. “Lapsed fee” means the amount charged to a licensee for failing to renew a swimming facility license within one year after the expiration of the license. This fee is in addition to any other fees associated with renewal of a swimming facility license.
