§ 9.5. All sewage and other water carried wastes shall be disposed of into a municipal sewerage system whenever the interceptor or sewer main of such system is adjacent to the park. In parks in which such connections are not available, disposal shall be into a private system which includes a sanitary means of disposal, the operation of which creates neither a nuisance nor a menace to health.
